SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are sent out within 14-21 business days from the day you purchase due to extreme influx of orders! It’s given in the order received. Please note that during sale times these orders are excessive and shipping can be delayed! These are handmade & spiritual products that need to sit on my altar and be blessed. Some orders are sent before the standard processing time. My business days are MONDAY, TUESDAY, THURSDAY & FRIDAY between 10am-6pm EST. Shipping day is on Friday’s only until further notice.

 I (Kara S.) am not responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered or damaged items that was caused during the transit because all orders are packed up neatly using lots of bubble wrap, blessed with protection spray and prayed over before being picked up.

Tracking: All orders will be sent in a color bubble mailer or usps priority shipping box via usps! Orders are delivered in bulk every 1-2 weeks to keep track and prevent me from being overwhelmed. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to be updated when received. All tracking notifications will be sent via email.

Updates: I send out weekly updates on orders on Monday’s via newsletter. It is essential that you sign up for newsletter before ordering for updates or delays in shipping, reading updates, sales and more. I only respond to emails concerning missed delivery, unreliable tracking numbers, wrong addresses, questions on products that are best and inquiries. Everyone else will get the same email which is view my page or policy for all updates. PLEASE NOTE ONCE ORDER IS MADE, I DO NOT GO BACK TO CHANGE. THAT WILL BE THE ORDER YOU GET.
